This studio is located in a one hundred year old historic building that recently went through an intense restoration - including every window and every tile of its beautiful front.

 

The apartment is a cozy studio with high ceilings that comfortably fits two people. The minimalist design and the panoramic window with the bright natural light give a great scene of comfort.

 

As this studio apartment is located in famous Bialik Street, one of the city's most precious gems, it is most definitely  the place where historic Tel Aviv and modern-hip Tel Aviv, collide.  

 

The Tel Aviv municipality has invested great efforts in successfully maintaining this street's old allure. Just down the road you will find an amazing restored Bauhaus collection including three different museums celebrating Bauhaus architecture and Israeli art.

 

But don't let the peaceful appearance of Bialik Street fool you… Just around the corner on Allenby Street you will enter the cities beating heart. The biggest attraction of this is area is definitely HaCarmel Market with its colorful people, hip bars, great restaurants and plenty of coffee shops.  And of course you can not forget the Yemenite Quarter, Neve Tzedek neighborhood and Rothschild Boulevard which are all just a five minute walk by foot!
